Write a Home Offer

If you do not have a lender, or would like to get a second quote, call a Talavera González Realty agent. They will discuss what your payments will look like

and all costs that are necessary for buying a home.

Once you find the perfect home and are ready to write an offer, as a buyer agent, your Talavera González agent will represent you legally and negotiate for you. Your agent will also deliver all necessary documents to the seller/seller’s Realtor.

Set-up a Home Search

Walk-through & Closing

A Talavera González agent can show you any property on the market. Realtors use a system called the Multiple Listing Service, which lists all properties available on the market no matter what company the property is listed through.

The last day before closing is your turn to look at the property one last time to make sure everything is still in the same condition it was when your offer was accepted. The location and date of your closing will be coordinated by your agent and your lender.
